Villa Annie is a beautiful newly built luxury villa located above Barbati beach. In complete harmony with its surroundings you can absorb the nature and beauty surrounding you and enjoy the most amazing views of the island . Beautifully furnished, fully equipped, everything you need is there, to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.

The space

Luxurious and spacious newly built villa. The villa has 4 bedrooms and sleeps at least 8 people. Ideal for families as well as couples.

Guest access

The villa has 2 floors , upstairs there are 4 beautifully furnished en-suite bedrooms , each one providing amazing views. The bottom floor has a huge living room/dining room/kitchen open plan area as well as a WC and utility room. Outside there are many dining and sitting areas , a WC , an outdoor playroom and a heated swimming pool.

Quiet and with amazing views you can totally relax but also be within walking distance (10 min.) of restaurants, bars and the beach.

Getting around

The villa provides parking space and we recommend that you hire a car so you can explore the island easily. If not you can take the bus towards Corfu town or Kassiopi from the nearest bus stop (10 minute walk). Also taxi transfers can be arranged at any time.
