About Ocay

We are a family business. For over 20 years we have been welcoming guests from all over the world at our villas. We are based centrally, right in the middle of the island but operate villas and other high quality accommodation all over the island.

We started off with our own Villa Theodora in 1999. At that time it was an abandoned 19th century building which had been in the family ever since it’s construction. After its renovation which included a swimming pool it was let out to tourists. Ever since then, countless of people have stayed in the house with some of them returning every other year.

Through letting out our own home we gained enough experience in the villa business to feel confident enough to manage other peoples’ houses as well. Usually owners who don’t live in Corfu and need somebody to manage and rent their homes out while they are away. By using us they can rest assured that their homes are in safe hands while at the same time also be in a position to make significant profits. Profits that can be easily reinvested into their property for example or whatever else the owners choose to do with it.

At the moment we have several villas and other holiday rentals in different parts of Corfu but we are always looking to add more high quality homes to our collection.

To conclude, our main goal is to provide the best service that we possibly can to the owners as well as the guests of all the homes that we manage and let out.A
